Inferno: The Great Boston Fire

Anthony Sammarco, author of Inferno: The Great Boston Fire of 1872, will speak at the Marblehead Museum and reveal the dramatic story of the biggest fire in New England history. In fifteen short hours, 776 buildings died in flame, while some of Boston's most cherished landmarks were saved by a combination of courage, ingenuity, and incredible luck.
